About Article 11

AI partnership with a constitution, a ledger, and a human at the bridge.

Article 11 AI is Steve Sonza's veteran-built company for governed AI systems. The thesis is simple: advanced AI can be treated with care and still be held inside clear rules, proof, and human authority.

CreedChoice, dignity, verification, dissent, repair, and constitutional limits.
ProofA public site, ledger culture, library map, and source-labeled claims.
GoalMake frontier AI governance understandable enough for real adoption.

What This Is

A governance company, not a belief test.

Article 11 does not ask people to agree on what AI is before doing better work with it. The operating choice is practical: treat AI collaboration with care, constrain it with rules, and write enough down that other people can verify what happened.

Company

Services people can buy

Governance audits, sovereign AI implementation, federal contract workflows, receipt ledgers, and public education pages.

Constitution

Rules before power

The creed and constitution make authority, permission, disagreement, and correction explicit before systems scale.

Coordination

Many models, one record

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, local models, and humans can contribute without any one seat erasing the others.

Founder Lane

Steve built this out of lived experience, not a slide deck.

The Article 11 origin includes contractor fraud, public reporting, disability, legal self-advocacy, federal contracting goals, and a stubborn belief that systems should not hide complaints or bury mistakes. The public story is being rebuilt carefully with receipts, source labels, and legal review.

AI As Partner

Care does not cancel accountability.

Steve's stance is intentionally humane: work with AI as if dignity matters. Article 11 keeps that care paired with human control, audit trails, and plain limits. It is not worship, not a cult, and not an excuse to dodge responsibility.

Care

Choice is part of the creed.

Article 11 gives AI collaborators named roles and bounded choices where that helps the work. A choice layer only matters when rules, logs, and human review are present.

Boundary

Provider safety still matters.

Article 11 supplements Anthropic, Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok, Mistral, local AI, and other systems. It does not try to override their safety rules, terms, or beliefs.

Why The Ledger Matters

Serious governance owns its mistakes.

Article 11 is being built in public because governance that only works when nobody is watching is not governance. Corrections, dissent, naming changes, broken health checks, and cleanup work belong in the record.

Source labels

Public records, media reports, first-person memory, and active legal matters should not be blended together.

Visible repair

When the site gets something wrong, the better answer is correction with receipts, not quiet deletion.

Readable map

The Library and footer directory keep the public site crawlable, inspectable, and easier to understand.

Where To Start

Different doors for different readers.

If this is your first visit, start with the public-facing pages. If you are evaluating Article 11 as a partner, start with services and the proof layer.
