The Constitution is CC0 public domain. It cannot be revoked, paywalled, or deprecated. Forks already exist. Your deployment runs on your infrastructure. If we disappear tomorrow, your governance framework still works. That is by design.
Strict allowlists control who the AI engages. PII never leaves your governance boundary. The Sovereign Voice API runs on Cloudflare Workers AI — no third-party TTS vendor. Every interaction is logged to your IRONLEDGER instance, not ours. You own your audit trail.
